There's not much to do in a small town, especially in the summertime. Jason and Joey are two bored 13 year olds that mount their bikes daily in the small Texas town of Lytle in search of mystery and adventure. They finally get what they wanted when a mysterious girl moves into town in an house that is rumored to be haunted. This is the first story in the Life-Long Friends series. 2nd story in the series is "Ole' Broken Bones Pete"
