The year is 2053, and America is back under the control of the United Kingdom. To prevent future law outbreaks and a second revolution, the Peace Protection Agency is formed. They mainly try to thwart the plans of the patriots, a rebel group set on returning New Britain to it's former glory.
All Renya knows is what she has been told by the government; America deserved to fall, she is destined to serve in the PPA, Patriots killed her parents, you must follow the scripts, always go to school, and NEVER speak of America unless in school. The citizens of New Britain know these rules and live them every day in peace. Well, not all. One day while on a mission, Renya has a run in with the Patriots, and faces life or death. But she also learns the truth about everything she has known. Will she choose a path of obedience, or of Life, Liberty, and Freedom?

The government every year tasks its elite soldiers to participate in a nation-wide Cull. Hundreds of children are taken from homes and put into one of four Facilities. While most of them will be offered comfortable lives in the forms of low-ranking militia commandos and government jobs, a few will be groomed to be the successors for the highest office the government has to offer: The Law. In the year 2050, post-apocalyptic world, a lone girl must choose between becoming the next-in-line to head a corrupt government or siding with those who wish to see the world a better place. Order and lies, or truth and freedom? Whatever she chooses, one thing is clear: both sides bleed. Shirley should decide if the future she'd been promised since childhood is worth the lies it's built upon. Will Shirley choose the future that's been decided for her, or will she make out one all her own, even if that path leads to her destruction?Complete
