Iris Artemis Clemente should have shared the last name Black with her half brothers Regulus and Sirius Black.

When Orion black's wife was five months pregnant with his first child it seemed as if she would miscarry the baby. Orion wanted an heir and so when he went on a trip to France for Voldemort, and he found a witch willing to do anything to conceive a child he took advantage.
