Since time immemorial, the Moon has fascinated, inspired, and frightened humanity with its unnerving otherworldly beauty. But Earth's neighbor is far more than it appears, and one of its emissaries sent to Earth is Kaya, a beautiful yet ruthless Lunarian woman born with the power to see a living being's point of death.

One of the last of her kind, she wanders the human realm alongside her loyal knight, searching for a solution to stop the cosmic crisis soon to come. Over the year she spends living among humanity, Kaya encounters the minions of the Moon and the few Lunarians still left living, each with their own philosophies of the impending doom.

Kaya's travels through a series of disturbing events unravel the truth of the Lunarians' downfall, and what the Moon's unusual activity spells for the rest of the world. In the end, Kaya must confront her violent nature and expose her inner bloodlust to have any hope of saving the Earth- and her own soul.
