The Backstory of Ansekishoku Akuma

A short story of a boy who was left alone to survive on the streets alone at only three years old! The story takes place in a small town in japan, that not alot of people know about. Money is very hard to get here in this town. The city has Heros and Villians that make the city a scary place to live. Most kids develop a super power called a quirk around the ages of 4 or 5 years old and it will continue to develop until 8 or 9 years old. This is the backstory behind Ansekishoku Akuma.
