Her name is Diana Lestrange. She performed the killing curse on her friend for talking badly about her mother at just 5 years old. Her mother was proud of course. She was after all Bellatrix Lestrange. The little girl wasn't sent to Azkaban as she was still a toddler. She did go under house arrest for one year tho. No one wanted to be friends with her after that incident but she was a toddler she didn't know what she was doing, right?
