Sasuke, son of the head of the police and one of the smartest detectives there are, is assigned to track down an escaped convict by the name of Naruto Uzumaki. Considering how simple it was to capture him in the first place, Sasuke assumes it will be an easy task. What he doesn't expect is for his dark, onyx eyes to be caught in a trance when he first sees him. The more time he spends with or without Naruto, his feelings develop deeper and deeper. What will Sasuke do when the time to turn him in comes? Will he give him in to the police, or fight and keep him safe?

••Based In The Modern World•• Sasuke Uchiha was only 14 when he suddenly 'snapped' and killed his father-stabbing him repeatedly as he slept on the families couch. It was said that he was going to do the same to his mother but much worse-His reasons stayed unknown. Thankfully for the oldest son for coming home early than he usually did, the mother to this day still breaths air in her lungs. While her youngest son, who tried to kill her, lives the rest of his life in prison-charged as an adult for committing first-degree murder without parol. Sasuke had no attentions in being free-in fact he felt as though he deserved nothing more than to rot in a cell. Over the years, his hate and anger for his mother not only increase but also grew for his brother as well. But when he's suddenly gets transferred to a different prison, a unexpected event occurs, leaving him with only two choices at best-surprisingly enough he chooses freedom. While in the process of being at death doors already, the media and every outlet assumes he's dead without actually knowing if he is. When waking up to reality and falling in the palms of a very dangerous man-Sasuke realizes his freedom wasn't handed to him out of the goodness of the man's heart. By giving the man his time, loyalty, commitment, and his birth name..-instead of living his life dying slowly In a cell, the man offers him a job where he is able to take life, without reason, than to lose it-in return, he gets to see his mother and brother for the first time..in a very long time. 𝐁𝐮𝐭, before any of this, Sasuke unintentionally meets a 19 year old boy who tries to get him to change, to forget his past, and to forget his time in prison -Uzumaki Naruto, is willing to following the mysterious Uchiha to the very edge of the earth over a promise he made while saving the ravens life.
