Romance
Life is an optional word...right? Rose wishes her life was optional. Often times she feels like every good thing is counter-acted by something terrible. The uneven balance of events in Rose's life makeup the framework of this story. "Rose's Thorns" is a story about self-discovery. Rose is a teenager who is stuck, looking for an escape. Escape from her parents, school, everything. This is an ongoing story about her struggles to rise above what's expected. This is a story about love, pain, relief, passion. "Rose's Thorns" is a riveting and heart-moving read. The realistic nature of the characters makes it easy to relate to their lives. It's easy to find yourself getting sucked into the story as the characters become your friends...enemies...family. I don't want to give too much away, or anything for that matter. If you want to know more about the story you should read it :). Believe me, I may be bias but it's worth your time.
