A escola consiste em nove prédios principais: Dormitório dos Meninos, Dormitório das Meninas , o prédio principal , a biblioteca , a oficina mecânica , a Harrington House , a academia , o Jocks Clubhouse e o Observatório . Outros edifícios existem, mas eles não têm um papel importante no jogo.

A escola tem 60 alunos, sem incluir os monitores . No final do jogo, Gary Smith é expulso e Zoe Taylor é matriculada, então o número de alunos permanece em 60. É dominado por quatro cliques: os Nerds , Preppies , Greasers e Jocks . A quinta camarilha, os valentões não têm nenhum interesse real na hierarquia social e muitas vezes fazem o que querem. Há também alguns alunos não-Clique , bem como os quatro prefeitos e o corpo docente .
