What's a horror writer if he hasn't read Lovecraft? Hell, what's a reader who hasn't? I wrote this story overnight, for a gentleman who wanted a script for an indie film. Apparently he found something better, but I was left with the story. So here it is, for your pleasure. My own personal attempt at depicting the science of whatever Lovecraft and many greater fabulists than I, have tried to imagine.

As the trees and its land slowly burn down by he deadly purple acid, a man that was watching from afar shivered at this sight. This has been going on for ages, and the creature hasn't been stopped. If they didn't stop the thing on time, everything they knew, everything they have ever known. Every building ever created, every world that has been generated, would be gone. The man looked towards his companion, or was he, his companion? His friend has been acting a bit strange, acting anything but not himself. The man took a deep breath and sighed. He looked towards the man with a stern face, gripping onto his iron sword. "Are you sure, you aren't, It?" His friend looked back at him, and chuckled coldly in response. "You know me, buddy, I wouldn't let It get to me." On the next day, the man's friend was gone. This type of literature has erased the memories of those old stories that J. and past generation loved to read, infecting those who read it with ideologies than wonder. And worse, the next generation is being exposed to its horrors. J. had to do something to combat this. And so, they wrote and wrote and wrote. Story after story after story. Many weren't working, but one stayed in their head. This is that story - a distant planet that mimics our times, but it not ruled by humans. It is ruled by dragons, and humans are the aliens of that planet.
