(The episode begins at the monastery of spinjitzu with Wu meditating and hears the ninja arguing) 

Kai: my turn! Uh it's my turn 
Cole:oh you want a little more? Take this.
Jay: yeah? Well how about a little of this?
Kai: monkey paw to the head!
Cole: Ninja roll.

(Wu goes to the training compound and is shocked to see that the ninja are actually training Jay is defecting the arrows with his weapon. Cole is practicing on the dummies. Kai is practicing his spinjitzu and zane is meditating) 

Kai: Ninja go! 

(Zane suddenly gets up from his meditating process and distracts the other ninja. He starts my jumping in front of Jay)

Jay: Hey! Huh?

(He steals Cole's weapon for the dummie test)

Cole: hey! What?
Zane: Ninja go (his spinjitzu freezes the whole compound causing kai to slip)

Kai: woah oof

(Kai jay and Cole regroup)

Kai: this roof is not big enough for the four of us.

Cole: correction this roof isn't big enough for him.

Jay: it's like he is in his own world (raising his voice) I bet he can't even hear us.

(Wu approches the distracted ninja)

Kai: sensei Zanes weird 
Wu: what is weirdAll Rights Reserved

But just in, Ninjago City is in great danger and the ninja now have to face a new enemy. That enemy wants Cole himself. Cole discovers something disturbing that's the going on with his family. It causes issues with his father, master and his friends at the same time. And during the adventure with Kai and Nya (HoT), Cole discovered a new power inside of him. It was powerful. After centuries of being imprisoned beneath Ninjago City, the Serpentine, an ancient race of snakes, are realised by Lloyd Garmadon, son of Lord Garmadon, they seek revenge against the people who put them there.. The ninjas, Kai, Cole, Jay, Zane, and Y/n, initially sceptical of their abilities, must set aside their differences and work together. They discover they possess elemental powers, and master the art of Spinjitzu to combat the Serpentine threat, although Y/n has not unlocked said elemental powers, yet. * * * All your life you knew the Brookstones.(IK that's not their real last name, but it sounds better then 'Bucket', soooo) and for the longest time, the Brookstones son, Cole was your best friend. And what felt like forever, you had a crush on him, but you didn't want to tell him, out of fear he didn't feel the same way. (In this story, when Cole goes away he isn't found by Sensei Wu till after you.) When one day, you went over to his house, and his Dad said that he had gone away to the Marty Oppenheimer School of the Art's, which didn't sound right. After a few months, weird stuff started happening to you. One day, you were approached by an old man, claiming that you were an Elemental master, and that you needed to train to be a ninja. At first you were sceptical, but after some thought, you went with him. After about a month, the man said he wanted you to meet some other people like you. You didn't know what you expected, but you didn't expect Cole to be one of the people you were to meet. The man probably didn't expect you to know any of the people, but when you ran up to Cole and hugged him, you could say, it took him by surprise. quick note, you have two brother's, one older brother, and one younger brother.
