The Ugly Curse is about a young 16 year old princess who wants to feel loved like her sister and her brother. But she was cursed at a young age by a woman who was terrible at giving gifts. Her sister and brother were blessed by other witches, and luckily got beauty and talent as their gift. But Kite Khisfire received something else. A curse.
The curse she received was known as "The Ugly Curse". She isn't as beautiful as her sister and brother are, she's just... ugly. This causes her to be mistaken as a witch or some other sort of treacherous creature. Often those around will feel threatened and disgusted by her. But then there is an arranged marriage between her Kingdom and her fathers new allies Kingdom. The kingdom is known for it's education. Most wizards and good witches' are known to graduate from their kingdom. Kite's kingdom is known for it's sweet foods and events that are held monthly at the kingdom.
The two decide that they need each other to grow stronger than most kingdoms from across the sea or that are close by. So they decide to ally up and work together, and the best way to stay allied up is to arrange a marriage between their daughters and sons. But with this curse of Kite's.. How will she be able to win the love from the boy she is supposed to marry.. and does she even want to marry him..? With the help of her.. new friends, she'll figure out how to accept herself, what she wants and how to get where she needs to go.
