Raelynn White's new metahuman powers exploded, resulting in the death of 15 kids one week after the particle accelerator explosion. 

She was sentenced to life in Iron Heights penitentiary. 

6 years later and 15 year old Raelynn manages to escape with the help of her friend, Joss. Aka, Weather Witch. 

Her life is thrown into chaos when she meets team Flash and one of their oldest enemies returns, the Reverse Flash.

Why does the Reverse Flash know who Raelynn is? Why does he need her? Will Raelynn ever find out what really happened the night of the particle accelerator explosion?
