Inspired by the Uyghur situation in China.

True story: I ate at a Chinese noodle restaurant. It was surreal -- they had taken food made from Chinese minorities and rebranded with a new official-sounding name. On the TV monitors, they played video clips of ethnic minorities happily dancing around on verdant hills under blue skies. This Chinese restaurant was rewriting history.
