Eobard uses magic to give himself "powers" which include: flight, summon lightning, light shield, healing, slow aging, breathing under water, Interdimensional travel with portals etc.
Lisa has the same "powers" as Eobard, with a few differences. Melzherikopuif and Adrian are the villains, villains who will always come back, they are like The Ice king to finn and Jake, The Reverse Flash to The Flash, The Joker to Batman, Moriarty to Sherlock holmes etc.
