The Adventures of River Song (Vol. 1)

This story is the first volume of 'The Adventures of River Song' (TAoRS) and follows the story of a still incarcerated River Song and her husband, the Doctor as they travel throughout time and space; whether they be looking for trouble or trouble looking for them, these stories will follow the pair as they uncover fiendish plots, treacherous villains and horrid plans.

River Song has spent the past ten years in prison; the Doctor has spent his time in the shadows, trying to stay off of the Silence's radar. But when the loneliness gets too much for him, the Doctor decides to visit the only woman that knows his true fate. Will his appearance be welcome? Or will the Doctor have to come face to face with that which truly scares him?

A story that takes you on an unlikely journey for an unlikely reason, only to surprise you. The first volume of TAoRS was supposed to be a relaxing date night, but will the demons allow it? Follow the pair as they battle through betrayal, anger, fear and sadness (and some monsters of course) only to come to one conclusion: love really is the scariest thing in the world.
