This is my adaptation of the video game series MORTAL KOMBAT. This adaptation uses various characters from practically every game. You mainly follow the likes of Sub Zero, Scorpion, Johnny and Cassie Cage, Baraka, Goro, and Mileena, being introduced to this ancient tournament of champions. It had been thousands of years since the last and the world has changed drastically. After spending a few days at the tournament reserve, a champion is killed unceremoniously from an unknown source. So they try to find who is destroying the tournament for themselves and why, while trying to "live to die another day". (Quick disclaimer: if you have a weak stomach, I recommend you do not read this without a puke bowl😂)

I wrote this when I was like 14 because I was bored, RPing with a friend of mine and I had Daegon and Kitana and like "Why not make something fun with these two?" Note: This is non-canon to my other fanfiction CONTROL; Another fanfic of Mortal Kombat. Also, you may noticed why Kitana is a redhead. I changed it so she dyed her hair red, and randomly got mermaid powers wed. When a sexy vampire comes in, Kitana gets swept up in a forbidden affair that may shatter her chance at freedom.
