That's the name of the small, frail boy Shigaraki saved after he fell from the roof of the building.
He felt like he knew why the kid had fallen. Like he had to help him.
Though when he woke up, he was confused, but Midoriya wasted no time in joining with the promise of a few new quirks.
This is the tale of the green haired boy getting revenge on those who wronged him.
I'll be honest, I think this may turn into a Dabi x Izuku story, just because of how I'm writing it so eee.

One day his Lord and Protector found a way to send him home with all his Skills intact. After arriving back on Earth he set his mind on doing all he could to save people's lives as a Hero. Izuku however saw the flaws of society and decided that he wouldn't follow their rules. Izuku was walking home, he gets attacked by the slime monster, then his idol comes and saves him. They go onto a roof and his idol told him that he can't be a hero. After that Izuku get's kidnapped by the league of villains. After 3 months of torture he finally gets a new quirk and personality. He trains his quirk with his new teammates who are Toga and Dabi.
