Jeremy Heere's life is going good after the squipcident- he has his friends, going out with the sweet Christine Canigula- but what about his partner in crime, Michael Mell? The awkwardness is real. To add onto that, his father announces his engagement with a woman named Heidi Hansen, and her son Evan. The boys are sucked into one another's life, helping each other as they go. Whether it's sexuality, friendship, or just life in general, will the boys be able to "more than survive?"

I begin to navigate the dangerous hall, focusing on a poster on the wall, avoiding any eye contact, trying hard to remain unseen. The posters closer now, and I can read what it says. It's a sign-up sheet for the after school play. Did I say play? I meant getting called gay. That's not what I need right now. I hang a left and there's- "Michael!" ~ Or the one where Jeremy doesn't have a crush on Christine and everything changes. ~ Okay, so just a heads up: this is not something I am proud of. A good portion of the dialogue is forced and the same for some of the actions the characters take. The ending seems to be too out of character to be realistic. I am fully aware that this is not a good story, but I don't have the time or patience to rewrite and fix all of it.

He just got with the girl of his dreams, got his best friend Michael back, and got rid of the SQUIP. But Jeremy still feels like a part of him is missing. Michael, throughout the SQUIP + Jeremy and Christine's relationship, has still managed to come through it. He can barely stand to see Jeremy with another girl, still, especially after liking him for almost 8 years. He is never able to let go of his feelings, even after almost a decade of doubt. Throughout the break, Jeremy and Michael go through hundreds of thoughts, and Jeremy has to decide "What is Michael Mell to him?" Lmao sorry I'm trash at summaries so forgive me for this corny ass description
