Emelie "Millie" Winchester enjoyed hunting monsters, she saw the positives in saving lives and stopping the bad creatures that go bump in the night. After her older brother, Dean Winchester wasdragged into Hell by Hellhounds at the hands of Lillith; Emelie and Sam go off in different directions to deal with their personal grief.
Emelie tries everything to bring her older brother back but nothing seems to work until one day she hears a soft voice repeating one thing; "Dean Winchester has been saved." On a new mission to stop Lillith from breaking 66 Seals to free Lucifer, the Winchester siblings work together through their personal troubles and the revelation that Angels do exist.
During this time, Emelie learns there is more to her than she formerly believed; perhaps her brothers weren't the only chosen ones. Perhaps she isn't as human as she believes. The Wayward souls work hard to save the world, losing themselves and their closest friends along the way.
