A regular girl who finds out she has water related powers after an outburst when she gets a letter telling her that her brother died. Fourteen year old Eiras Kamleton is a girl who has lived with her older brother since she was thirteen. When her brother gets pulled into the war fighting Jamentine, a rival country, she is forced a life on her own. Stealing food and drinking water from a waterfall isn't what she was planning on doing with her teenage years, but then again, she didn't plan on doing much. When she gets a letter at sixteen years old telling her that her brother had died, she broke. As in, fell to her knees sobbing, broke. Every drop of water within a two mile radius exploded, drenching and confusing everyone. Except her. She didn't get touched with a drop of water. She wasn't angry, just sad. Later, as she's getting tortured, burst into flames, as did the room around her. Anger. That's what triggered the fire. Now she's a weapon for the king to be and is on the run.
