The American Willow Quimble moved to London during the third year of Hogwarts after her muggle father got offered a job. She quickly fit in with her fellow Hufflepuff, Susan Bones, and the two became fast friends. She also became good friends with a certain Pansy Parkinson, who's hopes are to bring Willow out of her studious shell more.
