i walked up to this random store and put my everything on the counter. the store clerk looked in the bag and lifted an eyebrow.

store clerk: whats all this  ma'am?

you: keep it.(sniff) k-keep it for your family.

store clerk: wh- wha--

you: no,no, ju- just (sniff) keep it. (runs out)

i held back all the tears in the corner of my eyes. the only guy i trusted, the one who kept me safe... my own body guard, just ditched me. cuz of my stupidity.
