There has been truce in Auddella since the great war. Now the King that conquered the throne 20 years ago has died of a spreading disease and his daughter is forced to take over and become queen of Auddella - Queen Feline I. On her 18th birthday she will be crowned only a couple days into the future.
Nil Ar Necodian gets a quest from a new client. Nil is experienced, and got trained firstly by her parents then by her uncle at his academy for assassins. When the customer reveals the quest, Nil's face turns into a grin; she is to murder the new Queen.
