I thought of this idea a couple of days ago and talked it through with people to get an understanding of the overall narrative. To summarize it, this is the story of two hunters who find each other in the middle of nowhere and their story as they grow together to be a fireteam. I won't go into too much detail as I want this to grow quite a bit (story-wise). I'm trying to embed it into Destiny lore to make sure there is the possibility of these characters fitting into destiny Canon and without wrecking the already established Canon.
