You were born on an orphanage called "Grace Field" and have been raised there since then. As the time goes, you have three best friends with age the same as you: Norman, Emma, and Ray. Because Norman is always with Emma, you are especially close to Ray. You live a happy life, even an impossibly perfect one at that. But after you found out the darkest secret of the house, nearly escape a hell to only found another hell, your life has been turning totally upside down. Demons are not the only the enemy you should be wary of. Ally could be actually an enemy and the enemy might be someone reliable. What's right, what's wrong, what should you do, you never really know. Are there even anything right or wrong at the first place? Because you know only one thing for sure, that the world is cruel. If you want to win, you have to fight. Also a genuine promise, a ton of nerves and childish optimism are maybe the closest you find as the right answers in the cursed life you have. "You might think this is wrong now, but you will see it eventually! Results are what's matter, you have to understand!" "I understand it, just ... Can't you see at what you've become?" Change || The Promised Neverland
𝄞 The Promised Neverland x F!Reader 𝄞 "People change, whether we like it or not." Grace Field Orphanage was a child's paradise. Their caretaker was a saint. All of the orphans were closely knit into one big family. All except one. [Name] had never felt this familial connection, nor did she ever experience the childish joy that her "siblings" did. She always stayed by the sidelines, watching her so-called family as they lived their perfect lives playing house. That had always been her life, until this random boy shoves his way into her life, bringing three gremlins with him. Living her life with these new lights, [Name] had been blinded by the lantern as the rest of them had. Flash forward seven years, and now she is the lantern's tender, leading the children away with its light. Curious (Ray x Reader)
[Y/N] has always been a curious kid and an overthinker. She's not the best at handling kids. She's mischievous and jokes around like no other... And has a world of her own where she gets lost in almost all the time. Ray is a stoic boy who almost seems the most unathletic person. A bookworm who's dead set on reading every single book in that huge library. He is the only one aware of the truth. And is a suicidal arsonist! What a deal, right? XD 'They're both alike but still attract!' is how everyone describes the pair. 'As if!' is what these two answer in unison. Ironic, isn't it? But deep down, maybe there are some feelings that they do share... And these feelings might not be of love, who knows? It's for you to find out, [Y/N] ;3 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I don't own any character. Please support the Manga and Anime 'The Promised Neverland' {If you relate to Y/N, that doesn't mean I'm stalking you. It just means that as a person, you and me have a lot in common! I say, let's be friends from now on~!} This book is strictly following the manga!!!! It'll seem different from the anime since anime has changed quite a bit of stuff when compared to manga! Plus, there's cussing and stuff like that so a heads up.
