"Benny I can't get it!" my shoulders slumped over as I made eye contact with him from home base.

"Amber, listen to me... keep your eye on the ball, got it?"

I took a deep breath as I shuffled back into position, bending my knees and dead eyeing the ball in his glove. Eye on the ball, eye on the ball, I thought. 

Benny made his position, staring right at me. He had a small grin on his face... "Just watch the ball," he stated slowly.
