The tides of Bridgewood changed as Arlo grew within them. His final school year, a culmination of hellish events and inconceivable evil, dragging him into the depths of the towns past.   

As an acclaimed psychologist, Arlo Glimp is asked to return to his hometown, for a set of interviews that will answer the publics questions about the tragedy, and reveal the dark world of the town that surrounded Arlo when he was a boy. 

Do things ever really change, or do we just grow up and see things for what they've always been?

Tension breaks through the surface once their loved ones' change. Hysterically panicked, they experience severals of emotions and discover how they truly feel about each other. Survival as a priority, they seek every possible solution. Eliminating every worst possibility, all they can do is expect the worst and hope for the best. Until finally freed, they discover that lots changed in their lives and they couldnt be more grateful about it. An original story inspired by the March 2021 Just write it contest prompt.
