A shrine maiden and a kitsune fell in love. They were supposed to get married but then, the maiden died. The kitsune was cursed, he will never die until he gets married to someone having the same face as the maiden. The kitsune waited for 100 years to find his long lost love, but he found different. A teenage girl, not having the same dress and from a different era, the shocking part is that she looks like the fallen maiden.

And from the year 2020, Ikeda Asahi is a high school girl with teenage issues. But soon, she will find herself travelling through time to be able to make a prophecy come true. Will her self-doubts defeat her purpose or will she prevail and be able to come back home? Will she be able to win the love of the kitsune to break the spell and set all of them free?

But what happens if the real maiden comes back? What trials await for them this time? Will he ever get the woman he loves back in his arms again? And in this second life, will they be able to rekindle the love that was put to a stop 100 years ago?
