When I Landed
Falling Wind gushes past me as I tumble through the void. Stars blur together in the never ending dark, and I can't help but feel cold. And it's not the kind of cold that fades with warmth. It's the kind that grips your heart, freezes your limbs, and quickens every breath. It forces you to take note of how trapped your brain is, how it has been locked away without a key. Jenny's childhood was scarred by loss and abuse so much so that at the age of 16 she ran away from home to live with her friend Jane. Now after years of keeping herself to herself and avoiding any other contact wherever possible her friend has a request to make that could change everything. She now has to decide if helping Loki is worth risking uncovering her own pains that she has hidden deep for so long. What will be the consequences of that decision? Will she be able to help the God of Mischief and Lies without any more hurt, what will happen when she loses her heart to him, can there be a happy ending for either of them? This story was started thirty-five years ago but it never felt finished. However, since the release of Thor and then Thor The Dark World I decided to rediscover my childhood fantasy and update it.
