Sunshine and Shadow - A Darklina Fanfic
UNFINISHED "Together, we can put an end to all of it." The Darkling said to Alina, and her eyes flickered to where Mal was standing, covered in blood. "Just- just take my hand Alina." Alina could hear his voice quavering under the mask of evil he hid behind. She looked into his cold, grey eyes, and she took his hand. What if Alina was able to change Aleksander, turn him from the evil Black Heretic to a human who felt compassion and love towards Alina? Could she make him whole again? Read to find more. The True Saint
A darklina story~How would the story end if the battle at the climax of Seige & Storm between Alina and the Darkling happened at a different place and time-After the Darkling became the reigning king. What would have happened if the Sun Summoner surrendered? Alina Starkov struggles with her feelings towards Aleksander and protecting her country. She is forced into decisions that she did not want to make while at the Grand Palace. The Sun Summoner loses even more control over her life after her marriage to the Darkling. She must gain back control and find a way to save Aleksander's humanity; the lives of innumerous innocent people depend on it. This story is based on the Shadow and Bone trilogy combined with the Netflix show. I ask warily. He moves a strand of hair out of my face and continues to caress my cheek. "Yes," he exhales. "I don't want you to hate me, Alina. She was the Ocean Summoner now, supposedly a myth, and he was playing privateer with a tailored face. Warring with his own ambitions and helping Angelique, Nikolai found himself a bit lost with what to do. But whatever he did, it was always for her. The girl he loved. What if Aleksander told Alina the truth about who he was the night of the Winter Fete? Would she choose to stay with him? or Would she escape with Mal? "We won't have time for dinner is that it?" she said in a jokingly tone (Oh what he wouldn't give to pause time right now before he even said anything, before she found out the truth about who he really was, how he wanted to manipulate her but he had fallen for her instead) Just a little longer he thought... but she had the right to know.
