This fan-fiction starts right after the latest episode of the Rookie: Revelations (Season 3, Episode 6).
Officer Tim Bradford has a rule not to engage in any non-work related relationships with other police officers. Since training his new rookie Lucy Chen, he is trying to hold up to this standards even harder. But now that Lucy told him about her plans to go undercover someday, it is getting unbearable to not care too much about her.
(oh and please note that English is not my mother-tongue, so please excuse if I make mistakes)

This is what I imagine (want) to happen straight after season 6 ended (Aaron is still in the story despite him having confirmed he won't be in season 7), focus on Chenford, slow burn. The Oscar/Jason storyline is incorporated from season 6 but not Monica. Lucy sets out to prove herself again as a good cop after her disaster with the detective's exam. Will the awkwardness between Chenford be resolved? Or will it all come to a head? Disclaimer - I have stayed true to each character's mannerisms in the show, so if you're looking for a story where Tim calls Lucy his pookie princess and is overly gushy, you won't find that here.
