If you've heard of The Black Rider, you know exactly what she is capable of. Destroyed ships, wounded vikings, and destruction of entire islands is just what she likes to do in her free time. 

But after a new wakening, she stops doing what she's been doing and settles down. But something caught her attention one rainy night. 

A group of dragon riders.

(This is going to be my first HTTYD work but I love the story and everything so hope you like it. It will be following the tv series ~Meli)

It will make more sense when you read the chapter titled: 'The little boat' near the end of the book, but the actual story is 60 chapters long.

No matter how brilliant this dragon looked, however, I couldn't fight back the only other thought that was running through my head. OLD: While I'm very proud for this being my first completed major project, it's still old as hell, several things make 0 sense and there's a lot of random convoluted stuff and little consistency, especially in characters. This was something I wrote to escape when I was down and often sleep-deprived so I just wrote what I felt like in the moment. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ITS SEQUELS. If that isn't your thing, I wouldn't recommend this.
