The year is 1943. A toxic gas has wiped out a large majority of the human population. To control the outbreak, the government created a controlled area to study the effects of the toxic gas. For citizens like Fern, a 16 year old boy who grew up in such an environment, he never thought there was something outside of the small sector he called home.
