Roxanna Vega, 17 year old, sister to Tori and Trina Vega, but no one knows about her, why? She was sent to England at the age of 10 for education, over the years she's developed a strong English accent and the famous English humour of sarcasm. She's the brains of the family. She's mischievous, witty, fun, protective, cute, funny, some could say the perfect combination of Jade and Cat.

What happens when she comes back from England after graduation and stubbles upon the infamous Hollywood Arts friend group. She soon become best friends with Cat Valentine but what about the others? Will she clash with Jade? Fall for Beck? Join Hollywood Arts?
