Even though the Avengers have changed after defeating Ultron and losing Sokovia, they have come across an enhanced they are having difficulty pinning down. The enhanced is dangerous, an expert assassin... similar to Nat and the Winter Soldier. No matter how close they think they get to the enhanced, they always lose them. In a last attempt, the Avengers turn to the one master assassin who was able to outwit Black Widow to help them. Hawkeye has been retired since nearly being killed by Ultron in Sokovia. He had many nannies and such to care for her, but that didn't make the girl care for her father any less.
