Is this story is the same as cannon until bakugo told him to commit death but that was when deku was 12 instead of 14 but when deku itemps to to commit suicide he regrets it and that's when his quirk manifested but as a result he goes blind

Katsuki decided to torment Izuku, pushing Izuku into a lake, what he didn't know, there's a rock in the lake that Izuku hit with his two eyes, causing him to go blind. Izuku moved to America for a few years after his mom got a job there with a very high paying money. After many years, he came back to enroll into the most prestigous hero school ever, U.A. Oh and did I forget to mention? Izuku has a very strong quirk, Telekenisis. They both acted as if nothing happened and Bakugou carried on bullying deku and they both got into UA.
