Not so sacred bond

This is a story of two individuals brought together merely by luck, by destiny, by strength, and sheer will. Once enemies, now within a shaky companionship that might tear itself apart or ultimately benefit both adventurers in ways they might not entirely understand. One is an outcasted and individualistic scourge that frequently traveled and sought her own way to live, shunned by her warband and instilled the fear of many throughout their lives. The other? An honorable yet now sole warrior after serving a king whom had been usurped and ultimately cast down. So now he travels the lands for that of a better yet fulfilling life. Unknown to both of them they've crossed paths and battled before, yet how might this companship turn out in the end? Perhaps only one shall live to tell such a tale.
