Life is Cruel.
If you're born ugly then be ready because in the future, you're going to be teased and bullied. It doesn't matter who you are. The past is gone. People dont care about your personality anymore. Its the looks that matter now.
Some people will deny it. They'll say it's all lies, over-reacting. But am I really?
Because what you don't understand is that I was born ugly and now I ve to pay for it.
I ll speak but not be heard.
I d smile yet still not be seen.
I d be well-educated but unknown.
And on top of that, I d always be ugly.

I started writing poems because I had to get my emotions out in some other way and poems helped because I got a deeper meaning from them and had to put lessons I learned the hard way in my writings. I feel as if these were meant for those who could under stand my pain and anger at those who did me wrong. I don't care what you think about my writing because it's part of me and this is how i'm choosing to show you who I am. I was bullied. I did have my heart broken. I have came back stronger. My life has always been terrible. I was always bullied at school. I don't know why, it just seemed that people didn't like my presence. The guys would beat me up and I'd get in trouble when I defended myself, for the teachers never saw what they did. The girls would trick me, making me think they liked me and laughing at me because of it. I was always in the principle's office for one reason or another, but I wasn't a bad student. I actually got really good grades. To make matters worse, my mother wanted nothing to do with me. She'd lock me in the basement, sometimes for days, with no food or warmth. My father would then sneak down and beat me before raping me. So, naturally, I wanted to die. But, for some reason, I can't die. No matter what I do, I can't stay dead.
