Arabelle Blackwood is a 15-year-old teenager that is battling depression. Arabelle lives in a town where it rains almost every day so she goes to her favorite spot and chills in the rain with no umbrella or anything. She also has a best friend named Klaus Beckett. They do so many things together and hang out a lot. But Arabelle ends up finding out a secret about the rain and why she loves it so much.
