"I can't believe you're going to do this", Marinette says as she gets ready to confess her love to Adrien. Only a week later, after seeing into the future to the destruction and death that their love had caused, she whispers in horror, "I can't believe you're going to do this"
In episode 77 of "Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir", titled "Chat Blanc", Marinette uses her powers to leave a gift for Adrien, causing him to realize her secret identity -- which has a devastating impact on the future. In this episode, the viewers have a limited perspective on what happened behind the scenes, or in this case, Bunnyx's burrow.
In this fan fiction, readers can experience the entire story of what happened behind the burrow from the alternating point of views of the main characters. The story begins with Marinette getting ready to deliver the gift to Adrien all the way to her fight against Chat Blanc without the immediate disruption of Bunnyx. After delivering the package, Marinette does not go through the burrow, allowing readers to travel the full timeline.

The Miraculous team were all gonna reveal their identities the next Friday. Will Marinette be shocked to see that her former crush is her boyfriend? Will Adrien be surprised that he fell for Ladybug twice? Will they decide that it's over? Or will they decide that they were meant to be after all? This is mostly Ladynoir and a bit of Adrienette. She said, smiling up at him. "What brought you here anyway, kitty?" His smile wavered, "Can't I come to see my confidant?" She rolled her eyes. "Well, confidant... What brought you here?" He shrugged and sat on the floor near her, staying clear of the train on the dress. "I actually needed a girl's advice." She raised her brow quizzically. "Okay... what does the 'ladies man' need to know?" Referencing the most recent interview he did. "Oh, come on. I didn't expect them to keep that part in the interview." She giggled. "It was funny, I'm glad they kept it in." He flicked her exposed leg through the dress slit. "Okay, but I just had a question about Ladybug." Marinette swallowed hard at the mention of herself. She suddenly felt like she shouldn't be hearing this because she was Ladybug. "Okay, shoot it." He bit his lip, maybe unsure how to word it. "Well... I kinda tried to court her for at least the last 7 months. She didn't accept it, and I finally accepted that myself... but I guess my question is why she might not have wanted me. I'm sorry, I'm not even sure you could answer that... It just seems like Ladybug trusts you, so maybe she mentioned something to you?" -- Marinette Dupain-Cheng, a usually stubborn, headstrong girl, finally gives up on liking Adrien Agreste. He can't seem to take the hint, and she can't seem to conjure the confidence just to tell him. Chat Noir, a superhero who's able to charm any girl in his double life AND civilian form, can't seem to charm the one girl he wants: Ladybug. Chat Noir's identity has been revealed in the worst possible way imaginable - In front of a nation-wide broadcast crew while facing an Akuma. His life is shaken dramatically, nothing can be the same again, and there is only one source of stability for both Adrien Agreste and Chat Noir now. Meanwhile, Marinette has to come to terms that the person she's admired and her occasionally irritating but trustworthy partner, are one in the same, all while reeling from visits from a certain cat she's grown particularly fond of.
