Kion, leader of the Lion Guard, was always hopeful that the war he grew up in would end. His dreams came true, but not without a price. He got bit by a venomous snake named Ushari during the final battle. The venom would cause him to turn evil if left untreated, just like his great uncle Scar.
  
  He would have to journey to the Tree of Life to heal it, but also for another reason. He had just found out he was betrothed to a lioness from that faraway land that he had never met. Wallowing in sorrow and self-pity, Kion wonders what the future will hold for him in this lioness. Will it be sorrowful? Filled with hate? Those were some of the many things he wondered fearfully.
  
  That is, until a spark ignites between them...

Kion and Rani's life living at the Tree, but the resurrection of Scar, and a childhood friend of Rani puts a threat to the Tree of Life; as Scar targets Kion and his friends to obtain his roar. Kion is put on another test to protect his lands and his lover. Will a new lioness break up Kion and Rani? Will Rani get jealous and kick Kion out? This story will put Kion in many positions, blood will be drawn. This is not fully my story but I didn't want to end off on a cliffhanger so I decided to finish the ending for u guys.
