We live in a world where Psychics are rare, yet numerous. Psychic powers are not found in everyone, but there are enough who developed psychic powers to be well known. Of course, people have mixed feelings about this. Much like there is good, neutral, and evil... this applies to both populations, pyschic and not. And not every human likes psychics. Like most, they fear what they don't understand. But some psychics give them a reason to fear. They feel as though they are superior than normal humans, and most good psychics. They use their abilities to strike fear into the human population. This makes acceptance harder for those psychics that are good. Some humans are terrified of all psychics. But there are some who want to study them... for good reasons, and bad.
