Leo was always the brave, happy and supportive brother, the fearless one, no matter what. But when his brothers find out why their brother never fears anything, they are shocked. Never could they have imagined what really was going on inside his head. Demons and shadows are chasing him, wrapping him into such a darkness, someone in his age shouldn't have to deal with. 
  Now it's Donnie's, Raph's and Mikey's turn to help their brother and to save Leo from the darkness, that threatens to devour him.

  This is an au of mine, which takes place in the 2012 universe, but Donnie is the oldest and Leo the second youngest and more than he seems...

Raph's been bullying Leo since they were ten years old. Leo's been self-conscious about himself ever since. He loves Raph and wants him to love him back. What happens to our leader once he breaks? After a trip to the junkyard, Donnie and Mikey unknowingly bring home a small, wooden box. Accidentally opened, the box unleashes a thousand-year-old Demon whose only desire is to feed on the fear of others. Untouched for hundreds of years, the demon left the box and immediately turned his attention to finding the one thing he needed to get in touch with the human world. A host's body. Unfortunately for Donnie, the Demon chooses him for the coming haunting, feeding on the fear and slowly wearing down the young genius. Afraid of what his brothers will think if he complains about his 'nightmares' and 'demon hallucinations', Donnie thinks it best to keep his fears to himself. Without the help of his brothers, will Donnie be able to fight off the Demon? Will the Demon succeed in claiming Donnie's body for himself?
