Harry and Nicole have been together for 10 years, and suddenly realize that they are no longer in love with each other. After deciding that they both want to see other people, they end their relationship amicably, remaining friends and even helping one another find new hookups along the way.

It is easy, fun, and they cannot believe how simple it is for your closest friend to also be your ex. That is, until they both get into new relationships, and they begin to realize that their friendship was only ever easy because they knew that the hookups and one night stands were casual. Their new relationships, however, are anything but casual.

After a drunken mistake involving a ruined double date and too much wine, Harry and Nicole start to realize that what started out as an amicable separation may now be turning into something completely different, and they need to put an end to it immediately.
