It took time to win over the leader of the coven however but all was ultimately fine. Little did marinette know however, with new friends by her side things were actually set to get much worse for her down the road.

A miraculous fanfic story. I do not own any of the characters in the miraculous universe. Marinette is not safe anymore. Lila has hinted of a plan, so devious that even hawkmoth has his doubts. Adrien is becoming more protective of her by the second in both his forms. However the close contact with marinette means he has to keep secrets which hurt marinette even more. As Lila's cousin arrives in Paris, which side will she choose; will she betray her cousin or her friends? Will lila finally get her way, or will marinette foil her plan and beat her once and for all?

Later, they go back with their class, Lila lies (No surprise there) and she gets busted by the Waynes and Marinette's gang. Lila has returned from her trip and is weaving a web of lies, ensnaring anyone who gets close, Terrence's classmate slowly become distant, with the exception of Jeanette and Casper- both of which are aware of Lila's lies- and his sibling relationship with Marinette is slowly deteriorating , especially with a new Ladybug Miraculous holder replacing her and being close to Adrien. All while his and Celeste's relationship causes them to become a target for Hawkmoth and bullies. With all the drama erupting, it's only a matter of time until someone snaps.

Marinette has caught the eye of one of her classmates. However, when she turns him down because of her feelings towards Adrien, the water gets choppy. Jealousy makes for a nasty akuma and mistakes lead to Ladybug being unable to act. By the time Marinette's through this, some of her secrets aren't going to stay so secret.
