Survive the Maze (First part of Run or Die)
Sara's purpose in life have never been clearer. Destiny tends to change without notice. Whipping life into a chaotic spiral and destroying peace and hope. Sometimes the only escape is to run and never look back. Like all the others, Sara is waking up in a box, the only thing she remember is her name, not where she is from or why she is here. She arrived at a place called the Glade, there lays in the middle of a maze. She finds out that she is the only girl in the Glade, she quickly fell in love with one of the Gladers name Newt. She finds out that she had been training to fight since she was a child. Because she is so good at fighting, she get the job as a runner and she is trying to find a way out of the maze. But every time she is in the maze, she needs to be fast, because the doors to the maze is closing at dark and they first open the next morning and she have heard that no one has survive a night in the maze, because some creatures live in the maze and they are only coming out when it is dark. After months in the Glade, and after watching many of her friends die in front of her, Sara is about to lose hope, but then a boy name Thomas come up from the box, and together with Minho they are trying to find a way out of the maze, but one of the boys in the Glade don't like they are trying to find a way out. Will Sara and her friends find a way out of the maze or will they die trying? ~Who will not survive the maze? Read to find... Escaping The Maze
Cleo (short for 'Cleopatra') wakes up in the Box and enters the Glade. Being the first girl, she thinks it understandable why everything comes to her slowly. That is, except her memories. She recalls things that none of the other Gladers have, starting with small things, such as songs that her mother used to sing to her. But as she spends more time in the Glade, she feels more and more like her time is running out. Newt helps her through some of these feelings, but after awhile, it stops helping. By the time Newt realizes what's wrong, it may be too late. When Thomas and Theresa show up, Cleo's resilience is put to the ultimate test...one that she can't cheat out of.
