Lost

Hey guys! So I just recently had a really weird/cool dream, and thought it would make a cool story, so I decided to share it with you guys! Now keep in mind, this is only BASED off of the dream, so it won't be an exact replica. Really only the setting and a couple of the animal species are exact. Everything else I made up for story purposes.

EXCERPT:
I wanted to go home. I was done with this stupid planet.
"Your people are crazy!" I yelled at Myrcella, "Why do you guys insist on staying here? You literally almost die ever single night!"
The Virvidien girl just looked at me, and I swear she would've blinked if she'd had eyelids, but instead her skin just darkened from a pale white to a light gray in frustration.
"Why are your people so obsessed with objects?" she shot back, narrowing her pupiless blue eyes. "There is no reason, it just is as it is. Now come, or you WILL die and you will not be able to return to your Euarth."
"For the last time, it's EARTH!!" I shouted, but let her take my hand nevertheless and guide me back to the tunnels.
When we got there, she stopped dead in her tracks, causing me to bump into her and get a mouthful of black hair.
"Hey, what's going..." my voice died in my throat as I looked up.
Jakrels were swarming the cavern, screeching hideously and divebombing the Virvidiens, tearing off small pieces of their thin, transparent skin.
I exchanged horrified looks with Myrcella.
We were under attack by one of the most dangerous beings on the planet.
And there was no telling if we would win this time.
