Rose or what some people called her; Rosie. gave up her honorably crown and wedding gown to one of the girl she cared about the most. she skipped town and wanting to start a new life while Prince James never hesitates to find his missing bride.
On the other hand, Rose was happy in Florida where nobody notice her as the Prince of Spain's fiance and she was settled there for too long, she even met the guy of her dreams; not to mention Prince James who hasn't fall for the girl Rose cared about the most, the one she gave her wedding gown to.
