"But he's Evil Spawn."
"Don't you think I know that. I didn't wake up one day and suddenly decide I was going to be in love with Alex Karev."
Being the daughter of a world renowned surgeon was never destined to be easy. The first born of the Grey twins. People expected her to be great and to be just like her mother. Maybe they were right about something that she would be extraordinary. But that doesn't come without the hardships. Is being extraordinary worth losing the one person you love most in the world. Arianna Grey was always destined for greatness but what does she have to sacrifice to make it happen?
